Principal Leanne Stevens is an experienced Manager, with qualifications and expertise in Human Resource Management; Migration; Relocation and Corporate Onboarding. Leanne led a major international recruitment campaign for a large organisation which resulted in the appointment of over 250 skilled employees over a two year period. A major component of the venture was the process of integrating the new employees in the organisation; and providing them with the necessary understanding of their new environment, to enable the entire family unit to become settled, productive members of the organisation, in a relatively short period of time.
It was the success of this project which led to the creation of Emergico.
