Melanie Tindale

Melanie has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2016, after completing the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice at Griffith University and receiving an Award for Academic Excellence in 2015.

She has extensive experience in managing large corporate global mobility functions and providing in-house immigration advice, and her primary focus as an RMA is on employer sponsored migration. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) from the University of South Australia and has a strong understanding of how immigration plays a key role in talent strategy for organisations. Having lived and worked overseas for 12 years in UK, Singapore and Indonesia before returning home to Australia, Melanie also understands both the complexities and joys of moving internationally.

Outside of work Melanie stays busy reading, raising her teenagers, cooking, keeping active, and the occasional Netflix binge.

Eligibility Consultation

If we believe you may have a pathway to a visa, we’ll invite you to book a time to discuss with us.  This consists of a chat with one of our Registered Migration Agents, who will explore your situation in more detail and explain what visa opportunities you have.  There are no obligations involved.

Our Offer of Assistance

If all looks good and you’re ready to begin, we’ll email you a personal quote for your acceptance.  We will provide full costing for the entire visa process, to the extent possible, along with our professional fees and terms of service.  Fees are fixed up front, and can typically be paid in stages.

Once you’ve accepted our offer, the adventure begins!  You will be under the care of one of our Registered Migration Agents and our wider support team, who’ll be working hard to secure your visa as quickly and carefully as possible.  We can explain exactly what that entails in your consultation.
